Speaker - Bill Rich

Bill Rich is a technical support engineer with a 26 years' experience at Audio Precision dealing with all aspects of audio testing. Bill developed a passion for automation during an earlier 12-year period at Tektronix, where he worked as a technician automating the test and calibration of complex instruments, a passion that continues in his current position as AP's Tech Support Manager.
