Bill Rich is a technical support engineer with 26 years' experience at Audio Precision dealing with all aspects of audio testing. Bill developed a passion for automation during an earlier 12-year period at Tektronix, where he worked as a technician automating the test and calibration of complex instruments. That passion continues in his current position as AP's Technical Support Manager.
